1. Proprietary Design Guidelines

All visual components, design themes, logos, assets, and logical game structures included in Kanso Sudoku (collectively referred to as "the Assets") are the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer.

You are granted a highly limited, non-assignable, and temporary offline play license for direct personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not extract or isolate vector icons, decompile compiled code packages, or market modified replicas of the game.

2. Non-Refundable Virtual Gifts / Tips Tiers

Kanso Sudoku implements active offline simulate platforms to allow enthusiasts to support independent developer budgets. Any sponsorship transactions or voluntary gratuity contributions made within the Service are categorized as free-will support contributions.

Sponsor tiers are processed securely via official Google Play services. By opting in, you authorize Google Play checkout protocols. Gratuities are non-refundable and do not constitute purchasing a custom contract or continuous development guarantees.

3. Limit of Liability

This Service is furnished "as is" and "as available". We do not construct warranties that Kanso Sudoku is completely immune to physical device cache glitches. Under no standard circumstance shall the Developer or associates be held liable for loss of local statistics, custom records, or physical mobile damage resulting from thermal workloads.

4. Inquiries and Revisions
