Privacy Policy

Kanso Sudoku (referred to as "this application" or "the Service") is built and maintained as a commercial, completely ad-free and privacy-respecting product. This Service is designed to be fully self-contained and run locally on your device with no remote tracker systems or ad network payloads.
1. Database Encapsulation & Zero Remote Logging
Kanso Sudoku relies exclusively on standard **SQLite Room database technologies** that exist entirely within your physically locked mobile storage container.
What we store on your device: Game boards, historical completion speeds, active solve times, theme choices, and local feature levels (such as patron simulation settings). These items are never sent to external servers, we do not host backend logging pipelines, and we do not maintain tracking records of your behavior.
2. COPPA & Children's Privacy Compliance
Because this application does not gather, transmit, share, or broker any personally identifiable information, Kanso Sudoku complies fully with the **Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)** guidelines.
We do not request names, ages, emails, geographic coordinates, or cookies. It is safe for children of all ages to play without parental surveillance risks or data extraction worries.
3. Zero Third-Party Integrations
Many games inject multiple software development kits (SDKs) to display banners, record sessions, or track ad efficacy. Kanso Sudoku is completely free of such SDK layers. We do not incorporate Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics tracking identifiers, or any programmatic ad brokers.
